Exchange & Return

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is brand new.

Before shipping back, please email us for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Custom made orders AND clearance items can't be exchanged and returned.

Exchange policy

  1. Email orders@geniuswigs.com within 10 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 10 days will not be taken into consideration. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
  2. Please email us some wig photos which can show the lace and the wig cap and the whole wig for reference.
  3. We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for Brand new items. But the customers need to pay the shipping fee to your local post office or express to mail it back to us. After we received the returned package from you we will contact you for the details and pay freight to ship the exchanged item to you
  4. Rush Exchange:
    It need you place a new order and ship your item back, we will arrange your new order ASAP and issue full refund for your original order when we receive your return package

  3. We have to charge $18 restock fee for return items, beside that, it also need you pay the shipping fee to your local post office or express to mail it back to us, if you bought your items through Paypal, you can contact Paypal for shipping fee reimburse .
