It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we
gladly offer returns and one time Free exchanges service.
*Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is brand new. only brand new wig can be returned or exchange.
*Before shipping back, please email us for the
shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back
without our permission.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
*Colorful customized Wigs and Altered Wigs can't be
exchanged and returned
Exchange policy
- Email service@geniuswigs.com within 14 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 14 days will not be taken into consideration. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Please email us
some wig photos which can show the lace and the wig cap and the
whole wig for reference.
- We can offer one-time exchange without a restocking fee for Brand new items. But the customers need to pay the shipping fee to your local post office or express to mail it back to us. After we received the returned package from you we will contact you for the details and pay freight to ship the exchanged item to you
- Rush Exchange:
It needs you to place a new order and ship your item back,
we will arrange your new order ASAP and issue a full refund for your
original order when we receive your return package

charge $18 restock fee for return items, besides that, it also needs you to pay the shipping fee to your
local post office or express to mail it back to us.
- We will arrange a payment refund back after we received the return package and confirmed the wig is brand new.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
